An interesting practical example: innogy SE, a leading German energy company with more than 42,000 employees and activities in 16 countries, will be presenting its new, international HR portal at the meeting of the DSAG HR working group on November 29, 2018.

As part of the transformation and digitalization, innogy has established an international HR portal for all employees and executives. The lecture will show how specialist information, contacts, processes and documents can be structured in a thematically structured and attractive way via the portal. The SAP-based portal integrates and links various technologies, such as SAP Web Dynpro, SAP Fiori, Successfactors and Microsoft. The provided workflow functionality makes it possible to use processes across platforms and technologies as well as device-independent, especially mobile.
